Daily money
Add expenses, income, refunds, and transfers in Transactions. Quick Add fills a draft from plain text; review it before saving. Entries are shared across the household.
Accounts and categories
Accounts are manual tracking containers, not bank connections. Opening balances need a source date. Categories group spending; archiving a category or account keeps old transactions intact.
Budget and bills
Budgets set monthly category targets; they never block a transaction. Bills are expected payments, not actual spending. Choose monthly, annual, or every two weeks from a first due date. Link a real transaction to a due bill to mark it paid without counting the amount twice.
Family funds
Family contains allowances and purpose-based funds. Contributions, gifts, allocations, and transfers are tracked separately from ordinary spending. The Baby fund is a shared purpose, while adult allowances can remain personal.
Reports
Reports and Month in Review summarize your manually entered household activity for a selected period.
Household backup
Download a JSON archive of manually entered household data for safekeeping.
Offline and install
Famili Wallet can be installed from a supported browser. Offline, the app shows a safe fallback and does not queue financial changes. Reconnect before saving or reviewing live data.
